Who am I?

My name is Sarah Rhea. I’m an avid reader of 580 wpm, a lover of all things fantasy, coffee, too many hobbies, and puns, but above all, I’m a story artist. 

​

I studied at Memphis College of Art where I obtained my bachelor’s in design arts with a concentration in Digital Media. Along with that I also received the Top of the Class award for Digital Media with Cum Laude. I also obtained an MFA in Visual Development with a concentration in Film, Animation, and Video Games. 

Member of the Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators.

Currently, I live in New Orleans with my two birds where I work as a member of IASTE 478 in Graphics/Props in film. Some of my past industry experience involves working for Disney TV, Marvel, AMC, OWN, Google, Amazon, and Universal Pictures.

In my off time when I'm not illustrating and designing, I'm creating children's picture books and writing fantasy/sci-fi novels.
